Luke began his career in construction in 2016 and later worked with an established Auckland developer delivering medium-scale residential projects across the region. He went on to found Bailey Development Partners, where he delivered development projects for private clients, before establishing Bailey Group to lead and deliver his own projects.

Gary has over 25 years of property development experience, delivering projects ranging from 300-lot subdivisions in Pukekohe to $100m luxury apartment towers in Australia. He now focuses on large-scale commercial investments and serves as a strategic advisor to Bailey Group, providing guidance drawn from decades of development experience.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and successfully ran his own construction company for decades. At Bailey Group, he oversees construction quality, health and safety, and finishing standards, while also managing accounts payable across the group’s entities.
